ICDs

An Inter-Corporate Deposit (ICD) is an unsecured loan taken by companies from other cash rich corporates and NBFCs (non banking finance companies) registered under the Companies Act 1956.Since this lending is totally unsecured, the interest rates are comparatively higher. The short term credit rating of the corporate would determine the rate at which the corporate would be able to borrow funds. ICDs are borrowings for a short term period which may range from 90-120 days.

Dealing in ICDs is our primary business.
